Supporting Professionals

With an Apatchy trade account, you'll have access to our dedicated trade team via email or phone as well as all the benefits of being an Apatchy trade client. This includes a discount on full-price stock and an extra discount on sale items, invitations to new product previews and access to a personal single point of contact.

On receipt of your application and required documentation, an Apatchy trade representative will contact you by email within 48 hours to confirm the outcome of your application.

At least two of the following documents are required to support your Apatchy trade application:

  • Company registration number
  • VAT registration number
  • At least two trade references
  • Evidence of a prolific professional Social Media presence on either Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.

Apatchy trade discount is subject to availability, a non-compete clause and exclusions apply.

Apatchy London trade orders can be placed online or over the phone with our Customer Services Team. When logged into our website with the same email address associated with your trade account, your discount will be applied with a unique code at the checkout. Our Customer Service teams offer support throughout the buying process. To place an order with one of our trade representatives, please email trade@apatchy.co.uk
