Caring for Your Leather Product

We carefully select the finest materials available for all of our products and take great pride in highlighting the natural character of leather. Any signs of wear are part of its journey and add to the individuality of each piece. In our view, small marks and changes simply show that the product has been enjoyed and well used.

If you would prefer to keep your item looking as new as possible, we recommend following the care advice below.

Leather Handbags

Each leather hide is unique and will develop character over time.

  • Gentle creasing and colour variation are natural features of leather.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light to help prevent fading.

  • Store your bag in its box or protective dust bag when not in use.

Suede Handbags

Suede is a delicate natural material.

  • Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as colour transfer may occur.

  • Protect from rain, direct sunlight, and extreme heat.

  • If the bag becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Patent Leather Handbags

Patent leather may naturally develop creases or slight colour changes over time.

  • Avoid contact with other patent materials or light coloured fabrics.

  • Do not store patent leather items in plastic.

Colour Transfer

Because your product is made from natural materials, colour transfer can sometimes occur.

  • Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery.

  • Keep away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and rain.

  • Avoid prolonged contact with brightly coloured clothing.

If the product becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
