For UK returns, visit our returns portal to print a label online. For UK returns upto 30 days from receipt of order, a £2 charge will be deducted from your refund. For worldwide returns, please email us at returns@apatchy.co.uk 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of debossed or personalised products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order).  Please see our returns and exchanges page for more details.
