"Firstly, I love the bag. It is more a lovely cherry red colour than a plum - really gorgeous and versatile. The gold hardware is beautiful and it is a perfect size and shape to hold everything essential. The workmanship is amazing and I love the fact that I can change the strap. There was confusion at my end with the post office, who didn't have correct details - Kirsty from Apatchy sent a separate bag to me to ensure it arrived in time for a birthday, for which I am so very grateful. Customer service from Apatchy is wonderful and I highly recommend both the company and their bags and straps."
