Delivery & Postage
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only.
UK delivery time will depend on the type of service you select. We use Royal Mail and DPD to dispatch our parcels, but please note that we cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries if no one is at home to receive them. If you are unable to accept a delivery, please be aware that it may be returned to the depot and a card left. Royal Mail guidelines state that 48HR Tracked and non-Tracked items should arrive between 2-3 working days.
We will always obtain a proof of posting. Whilst delays are frustrating and we fully sympathise, Apatchy Ltd cannot take responsibility for delays to your order once it has been dispatched.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email no later than 24 hours after receipt of your order. We maintain real-time stock levels, however during busy periods there is the possibility of some items not being available. If this happens, we will inform you in the confirmation email along with an expected delivery time. If the expected delivery time is not to your satisfaction, you will be entitled to cancel your order.
All queries and emails will be answered within 48 hours on working days.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Royal Mail 48HR Tracked & Non-Tracked
Typically, orders placed with a standard delivery option of Royal Mail 48HR at a cost of £3.95 Tracked and Non-Tracked, are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed on the website (assuming all items ordered are in stock). You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
For any items that qualify as a Large Letter, we charge a flat rate of £2 for Royal Mail 48HR Tracked.
Free UK Delivery Over £150
Apatchy London offers free standard UK delivery on orders over £150. This offer is automatically applied at checkout. This offer is valid on orders that are sent within the UK using our standard delivery service (Royal Mail 48HR Tracked) and the order value must be £150 or more for this to be applied.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders can be upgraded to DPD Next Day at a cost of £6.95. This will ensure that your order is processed on the same day for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. If you are not in to receive your parcel, it may be returned to the depot for redelivery as this is a signed for service. This service is available from Monday to Thursday only. Orders need to be placed by 1pm for them to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm and at weekends will be processed the next working day. Delivery timeframe for this service is 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on Friday will be despatched via Royal Mail 24HR Tracked as DPD do not deliver on Saturdays.
Please note this service is only available for mainland deliveries. If you select this option for Northern Ireland, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24HR Service.
Please note that these are not guaranteed next day services, although most parcels do arrive within this time frame.
DPD PICKUP (SHIP TO SHOP)
If you would rather collect your order at a time that suits you, you can choose to have it sent to a local participating store instead of your home address. This service is free on orders over £150, and £3.95 on orders under £150. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day, with orders placed after 1pm or at weekends processed the next business day. Delivery timeframe for this service is 2 business days. Once your parcel arrives at your chosen Pickup point, you will receive a notification with the collection address and the hours the shop is open. Parcels are held for 7 calendar days before being returned to us, so please make sure you collect within this window. You may be asked to show proof of ID or your collection code when you pick up your order.
UK TRACKING
If your parcel has a tracking number, you will be able to access the Royal Mail Track and Trace service or the DPD tracking website to monitor the progress of your parcel. Please use the following links to track your parcel:

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Apatchy offers FREE international delivery with DHL Express for orders over £150/$150 or equivalent in local currency with all duties paid. For orders under this value, we charge a flat rate of £25 (equivalent in local currency) for the same DHL Express service.
US DELIVERY
For customers in the US, we hold a selection of our products in a local US warehouse so your order our bags without the duties of an international shipment. All of our products are available to US customers, though depending on the items you order, some may be shipped from our US warehouse and others from the UK.
For items dispatched from our US warehouse, delivery options are as follows:
Ground Shipping (2-5 business days): FREE
2 Day Delivery: $25
Next Day Delivery: from $43.88, charged by weight
Items shipped from the UK are sent via DHL Express and follow our international delivery terms (see below). All duties and taxes are covered by us on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so there is nothing further for you to pay wherever your order ships from.
IMPORT DUTIES
Apatchy is pleased to announce that it operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays - due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. In the instance of items reaching you, we cover all fees, duties and taxes to ensure the order is delivered DDP. In the instance that this reaches an area where no Sales Tax is payable, not chargeable, or is charged at a different rate, then no reduction is given for the change in Sales Tax and the price is as seen.
