For UK orders, Royal Mail endeavour to delivery within this time frame however it is not a guaranteed service.  

We offer international delivery DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) as standard with DHL International Express,

so the price you pay at the checkout will be the final price with no additional tax or duty.

For UK returns, visit our returns portal to print a label online. For UK returns between 15-30 days from receipt of order, a £3 charge will be deducted from your refund. Sale items are excluded from 14 day free returns. For worldwide returns, please email us at returns@apatchy.co.uk
